There are also creek water diversion and pumping rights associated with Cedar Creek that will convey in a specific portion of the ranch.

The wildlife is abundant including whitetail deer, axis, aoudad sheep, turkey, dove and varmints. The hunting is excellent and photo opportunities are everywhere.
